1. Eligibility for Refunds
All sales of DataLink APIs credits and subscriptions by OrangeFox LLC are final. We do not provide refunds for any payments made via Stripe, including cases of account cancellation or unused credits.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, billing enquiries can be directed to hello@datalinkapis.com. We will review billing errors or duplicate charges on a case-by-case basis.
3. Credits vs. Cash Refunds
No cash refunds are provided. In the event of a verified service failure as defined in our Master SLA, OrangeFox LLC may issue Service Credits to be applied to future billing cycles. Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches.
4. Exceptions
Monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and are never eligible for refund or rollover. Top-up credits roll over but may be subject to a 12-month expiration limit from the date of purchase.
