DataLink APIs is a brand name and service operated by OrangeFox LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We act primarily as a Data Processor for the information you submit through our infrastructure.
What Data We Collect
Account Information
We collect your email address and authentication identifiers when you register via Google, GitHub, or email. This is used solely for account management, security, and billing.
Technical Telemetry
We collect technical data including IP addresses, API request timestamps, and usage volume. This information is used to monitor system health, enforce rate limits, and provide accurate billing.
We never store the actual body content of your API payloads unless you explicitly enable debug-logging for troubleshooting purposes.

We transmit identifiers (such as email addresses or phone numbers) to upstream API providers to fulfill your requests. We also use third-party tools for payment processing and business operations. Data Retention
Account and billing data are retained for the duration of your account's existence and as required by Delaware and US Federal law for tax and audit purposes. API logs are retained according to your specific plan level — see the pricing page for log retention periods per plan.
Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. As a Processor, we will assist our Customers (Controllers) in fulfilling these requests where possible. Contact us at hello@datalinkapis.com to submit a request.
